Users are solely responsible for all activities carried out on their account. 11d bears no liability for any losses arising from unauthorized account use.
Permitted & Prohibited Activities on the Platform
The 11d platform is authorized for personal entertainment use only. Operating an account for commercial purposes, on behalf of a group, or as a third party is prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Payment, Transaction & Account Funding Policy
All transactions on the 11d platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved local payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — must be used for deposits and withdrawals.
Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties will not be processed without account verification and may be returned.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days. 11d reserves the right to request verification or delay payment for any unusual transactions.
If an erroneous credit occurs due to a technical error, 11d reserves the right to recover those funds. Deliberately attempting to exploit such errors may result in account closure.
